Paddy has biking advice for Owain

Paddy's live from Salford as he shares his bike-based tips with Owain Wyn Evans ahead of his 4 Nations Cycle Challenge for BBC Children in Need. Plus The Weekest Link quiz and a fix of nostalgia in Paddy's Timewarp.

The Weekest Link is the quiz that tests whether you’ve been paying attention for the previous seven days, and is in no way affiliated with the BBC One hit quiz The Weakest Link. If you want to take part e-mail paddym@bbc.co.uk

Paddy's Timewarp is a trip down memory lane where he tests your nostalgic knowledge by asking you finish the next line of a poplar film quote, a TV theme tune or an iconic advert.

There is great music and plenty of laughs, and Paddy wants to hear from you.
