Starting in the port city of Marseilles, Eva shares a spicy ‘half-and-half’ pizza with local chef and rising star Valentin Ruffali before heading to La Ola to try a delicious blend of French and North African cuisine courtesy of chef Khouloude Ben Thayer.

After enjoying the ancient and feted bouillabaisse fish broth, Eva heads out into the sun-kissed landscape to try the traditional summer vegetable dish of ratatouille and the sun-drenched salad niçoise on the Riviera at the famous Hotel du Cap.
