NI house prices climb again

While reports suggest the property market is slowing in other parts of the UK, Linzi Lima asks how Northern Ireland is holding up. The latest figures show average house prices in NI have risen by more than five per cent over the past year, but concerns remain over affordability, access to mortgages and whether first-time buyers can keep pace with the market.

Changes are coming for ISA savers from next April.
