This documentary follows Joe and her remarkable junior team at Mynydd Sleddog Adventures as they fight for qualification to represent Great Britain at the IFSS European championships in Sweden. They’ve made it before, earning their place fair and square, but couldn’t attend due to the sheer cost of travelling to North America. Now, with a new season ahead, the stakes are higher, the pressure is heavier, and the dream feels both closer and more fragile than ever.

As we follow them through wild weather, school commitments, long travel days and early starts, what unfolds is the story of a group of young people who refuse to let circumstance dictate the limits of their ambition. These are working-class kids from rural Wales finding purpose, confidence and identity through an unconventional sport, and forging deep bonds with their dogs along the way.

The film builds towards the pivotal moment of qualification in Scotland: a second chance at the world stage. Whether they make it or fall short, it’s a story about grit, community and daring to believe that extraordinary dreams can come from the most unexpected places.
