The King of Titters launches a new pirate radio station - Radio Francis! And the BBC announce some cutbacks. From 1966.
The King of Titters has had a bit of luck this week when he wins the Premium Bonds - he's been waiting for a win for so long it feels like a prize for long service.
And the BBC want to see him, to explain some cutbacks.
