Jools welcomes global star Niall Horan, London legends Squeeze, dance pop duo TOMORA, blues poet aja monet and Bristol duo Getdown Services.
Jools welcomes to the show pop sensation Niall Horan from County Westmeath, Ireland, who makes his debut on the show and performs a couple of songs, including the title track from his fourth album Dinner Party.
London legends Squeeze make a welcome return to music with their first album since 2017, a collection of stories set in a fictional night club called Trixies. They perform a couple of tracks and chat to Jools about how the record came about.
Also joining the line-up is dance-pop duo TOMORA, who are Norwegian singer-songwriter Aurora and Tom Rowlands, one half of The Chemical Brothers. They have combined their talents and names to create a wildly inventive band and perform a track from their debut album COME CLOSER.
Californian surrealist blues poet, lyricist and activist aja monet performs her track elsewhere from her second album the color of rain, described as 'an album born from experimental jazz that plays with rhymes and rhythms in a way that gives them a psychedelic quality'.
Completing the line-up is Bristolian duo Getdown Services, known for their explosive live performances. They perform The Radiator, a song about 'only picking fights that you know you’ll win'.
