Ginny Buckley takes the helm as retirees Anthea and Keith look to upsize from their one-bedroom terraced cottage in a Hertfordshire town to a three-bedroom detached home in the Worcestershire countryside. Despite having viewed 16 properties, the couple has yet to find ‘the one’. Ginny presents them with several contenders, including a lovingly refurbished timber-framed Grade II listed cottage, a 125-year-old property with an exquisite country garden, and a Victorian home that maxes out on views. Exploring the magical Malvern Hills, Ginny also meets a family who quit the London rat race to establish an award-winning brewery.
