Newbuildings, Kiltonga, and Say 'Hello to a Tree'

It’s lambing season at the Killen farm in Newbuildings, where we visit to see the busy work of spring unfold. We join Dot Blakely for a morning of birdwatching at Kiltonga Nature Reserve in Newtownards, and hear how children in Inishowen are reconnecting with native trees. We take a walk through the landscapes that inspired some of Seamus Heaney’s most vivid writing in Bellaghy, meet the Strabane teenager running an Easter egg collection for local hospitals, and explore the fierce Armagh–Cork rivalry as road bowlers arrive in their hundreds to Tassagh Bridge.
