In London, entrepreneurs are using derelict air raid shelters to grow micro herbs and mushrooms to cater to restaurants above ground. In Mexico City, we meet an illegal immigrant, who after being deported from the USA, rediscovered the love for his country and launched one of the most lauded restaurants in Mexico. And in Mumbai, we see how technology is helping to preserve lesser known Indian cuisines, by allowing home cooks to invite paying customers into their houses to experience India's unique culinary traditions.
