Urban Adaptation

In the second episode of Outliers, we see extreme examples of urban adaptation. In Beirut, we meet people who are preserving war ravaged buildings in an effort to keep their history alive and educate the next generation on the folly of conflict. And in Tokyo, where space is at a huge premium, we meet the architects who have responded to these limitations to create bold new visions of urban living.
