With the American midterm elections approaching, Stephen Sackur asks former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee Howard Dean if the Democrats can turn things around.
In a month's time, Americans will go to the polls in the midterm elections. If current polling is correct the Republicans should win control of the House of Representatives and possibly the Senate. If they do, it would slam the brakes on President Obama's legislative agenda.
Howard Dean is a former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee and is now helping the party's fundraising effort for the midterms. Can the Democrats turn things around? He talks to Stephen Sackur.
