Toddler injured and man arrested after dog attack
BBCA 23-year old man has been arrested after a dog bit a toddler in the street.
The child was taken to hospital by ambulance after suffering puncture wounds and scratches during the attack which took place on Thorntree Road in Thornaby, near Middlesbrough, at 13:40 BST on Monday.

He said: "Our thoughts are with the family as the child recovers from the attack.
