Leicester City full-back Jayden Joseph has signed a new deal with the League One club that runs until the summer of 2030.

The 20-year-old came through the club's academy after starting out on the books at Manchester City as a youth player.

He scored his first goal for the Foxes on his league debut when Leicester opened their League One campaign with a draw at Notts County last month.

Before being brought into Leicester's first-team squad under Russell Martin this term, Joseph gained experience while out on loan with Tranmere Rovers in League Two last season.

"Jayden has made outstanding progress during his time with the club and is a young player with an exciting future in the game," Leicester City sporting director James McCarron said.
