We are aware of an issue impacting some TCL models where BBC iPlayer live streams aren't working. 

Live streams of our TV channels are unaffected. This issue only impacts online-only streams, such as sport or music events.

Affected users should try updating the BBC iPlayer app, as well as the operating system on their TV. 

If the streams still aren't working after updating, please contact us. We'll need to know the model of your TV, the firmware version number and all of the System Information from the iPlayer app so that we can investigate further.
