BBC Audience Services acts as the BBC’s front door to the public
The BBC has a mission to act in the public interest, serving all audiences through the provision of impartial, high-quality and distinctive output and services which inform, educate and entertain.
Audience Services supports this by continuing to put audiences at the very heart of the BBC. We handle complaints and feedback about our content and services, provide technical support, and offer free tickets to shows. We run charitable appeals and provide support via BBC Action Line for people affected by issues in our programmes. We also publicise opportunities to take part in shows including Race Across the World, Gladiators and The Traitors.
