Guided by her coach Matt and inspired by Team GB adaptive rowing stars, Abby embarks on an intense training journey filled with relentless practice, technique drills, and intense mock races.

After an intense training period, Abby will face a high adrenaline 2,000-meter race at the British Rowing Championships. She will have to push her endurance, strength, and determination to the absolute limit, so watch until the end to see if she can pull off an incredible victory and become a Rowing Champion!
