Hope you have all been enjoying the Good News marathon on BBC Three this week? (series three is being repeated on BBC Three every night this week). As it is pretty much the end of the series we thought we would show you some of the bits which didn't make the show. It's the freakin' weekend everyone! Hope you all enjoyed the show last night? It was one of Team Good News favourites of the series. It also had two amazing sketches which Russ really enjoyed doing for Britain's Got Lepers and the quite gross P-Plan. Anyway, this is Russ talking about filming them. Enjoy!

I can't believe I am writing this but is it show 8 tonight, wow, this series has gone really fast.

REMEMBER Next Thursday at 10:30pm you get a chance to watch Russell's live stand-up show Dingledodies which is awesome AND we still have more Good News - a special Best Bits show (with loads of new things you haven't seen yet) will be on over Christmas.

Last night we recorded show 8 which was our last day in the studio this year! We still have two shows left in the series, one will go out as normal this Thursday at 10:30pm on BBC Three and a special best of (with new extra bits) will go out over Christmas.

Anyway, throughout the series you have done an amazing job suggesting captions for photos from the show so we thought we would give you another one. No prize I am afraid but it's the taking part that counts anyway isn't it? (yes - I know a prize would be better really).

We recorded show 7 of the series last night. Thanks to everyone in the audience who braved the snow and made it to the studio, it was a great show so roll on tomorrow night...

Cheers for all the questions you have been sending in, you gave us a bit of an idea... This is Russ trying to answer as many questions as possible in 60 seconds while taking a break from writing.

During the past two weeks you lot have done an amazing job suggesting loads of captions for shots from the show so we want you to have another go.

We want your caption for this picture from the show which we recorded last night. Again there is no prize except making Russ and the team laugh in the office (yeah, I know, that is not a prize).

We want your music suggestions!

As you lot have done such a good job suggesting captions we thought we would give you a bit more work to do. Loads of people on Twitter have asked us about the music on the show so we though we would give you the chance to pick some of it! We want your music suggestions for the next show! We want you to choose a song to appear on the first ident of the show (the ident is the graphic thing which comes up between the different sections of the show). This is Russ to explain.

We will pick our favourite suggestion and put it in the show and you will probably get your name in the credits plus the eternal respect of team Good News. Obviously if we get no good suggestions then we may have to pick something ourselves but hopefully you will send us something amazing.
