Chris - has rushed off so we're not sure what he's up to!

Dave - is doing a voiceover, then the school run and then tonight it's Nicole's swimming class

Aled - is working more on the Marthon Show highlights on Boxing Day and then going to the gym

Matt - will be doing lots of bits in the office, then doing some more Christmas shopping and tonight he's going out for dinner with some friends

Freya - is having a cup of tea and mince pie along with some office work

Tina - is seeing her eye consultant and then she's going ice skating at Somerset House

Dom - has a boring meeting, then he'll start Christmas shopping for the team

Not long to go till Christmas now...

Chris - is recording some links for the Boxing Day show, then he's off to the gym and then he'll be picking some tracks for his soundclash with Zane Lowe which is on Thursday night

Dave - really isn't up to much today, just 'Daddy stuff'

Dom - is presenting Newsbeat at lunchtime and then doing some Christmas shopping

Tina - is up to assorted boring jobs, including some Christmas shopping

Aled - is working on the Boxing Day show of our highlights from the Marathon Show

Freya - is going to see a gig with Radio 1's Edith Bowman

Matt - is trying to do all of his Christmas shopping in one evening tonight after work!

Chris - is having a cup of tea with Big Boss Ben

Tina - will be cursing Aled for getting his illness and then spending the day Christmas shopping

Dom - is also spending today Christmas shopping

Dave - is going up North with his daughter Nicole

Aled - now that he's passed on his cold to Tina he's feeling much better and will therefore be attending all the meetings today that he's missed during the week!

Freya - is going to a gossip with Aled and Matt and then writing her Christmas wish list

Matt - has a few meetings, then tonight he's playing some records for a Christmas do in Shropshire

Chris' Mum and Dad get back from New York this morning, so he'll be spending a bit more time with them

Dave - is recording a voiceover for Coach Trip and then he's doing the school run

Dominic - has to write the Christmas editions of the Oddbox today and then he has some boring meetings

Tina - is finishing the last part of her house move and then she's going to a hip-hop magic show tonight (!)

Aled - will be working on the Boxing Day show for the Chris Moyles Show on the New Year's Day Show for the Surgery

Freya - will be getting over her cold and planning January on the show

Matt - will be working hard in the office then tonight he's practicing the piano!

Tuesday really is a dull day - but the blog rocks!

Chris - is filming with Stacey Solomon and then he's having a night in with his mate tonight

Dave - is mainly doing some assorted jobs and then he's going to swimming class later

Tina - is having a darts masterclass with Vernon Kay and Phil 'The Power' Taylor

Aled - is recording an interview with old producer Sam for our Boxing Day show, physio and the gym

Matt - is having some injections for his trip to Thailand in the new year and then he's planning tonight where him and his friends are actually going to go whilst they're there

Dom - will be trying to watch the Chelsea vs. Liverpool game, but he's not sure it's on TV

Freya - is playing darts with Tina, Phil 'The Power' and Vernon Kay

Dave - will also be chilling this afternoon, hoping to get an early night

Tina - will be catching up on some sleep this morning and then also doing some Christmas shopping

Aled - is going to the Mind Media Awards with the Surgery team tonight

Freya - is going for a coffee with Aled and is then trying to find Joey Essex on Twittter

Matt - has lots of meetings, record company appointments and then he's having a quiet night in tonight

Dom - is doing the OddBox today and then having a sleep

Freya - is going for coffee with Chris then is doing some training and catching up with a mate

Matt - is compiling the Golden Hour, going to yoga, going to a meeting this afternoon and then catching up on some new music tonight

Aled - is having some record company appointments and then going to the gym

Tina - is off to see 50% of a tennis match with Roger Federer today

Chris - has a meeting with his accountant which is going to be fabulously exciting and then tonight he might treat himself to an hour with his new computer game Call Of Duty which he purchased yesterday

Dave - has a Twinterview, then he's picking up Nicole from school and taking her swimming

Dom - will also be taking his daughter swimming tonight

Aled - is going to see his physio and then he's going to try to have an evening out with a friend

Matt - will be meeting up with Roy Walker, having a nice lunch and then going for a run tonight

Freya - is organising Christmas on the show

Tina - is off sick with an ulcer in the eye

Chris - will be filming the last two editions of his show with Stacey Solomon, having lunch with Andi Peters and then tonight packing a bag with fresh pants and socks for BBC Children In Need Rocks Manchester and oh yes he is excited!

Dave - will be having a meeting with Roy Walker, doing assorted jobs, picking Nicole up from swimming and then packing a bag for BBC Children In Need Rocks Manchester

Dom - will be writing BBC's Newsbeat Odd Box today as he normally records it on a Wednesday, but tomorrow he is going to Manchester. Then tonight he'll be packing for BBC Children In Need Rocks Manchester

Tina - will be sending emails, packing her bag for BBC Children In Need Rocks Manchester and then her friend is staying over tonight

Freya - will be eating chocolate and nut muffins all morning, sleeping and then going to a spin class later

Matt - will be avoiding the muffins, going for a nice lunch, getting ready for Manchester and then going out for a friend's birthday drinks

Tina - is off to dinner and the cinema tonight, she's going to watch the X Factor tomorrow night and then she's going to a wedding on Sunday

Freya - is planning more gunge related incidents for tomorrow

Tina - has lots of work business to attend to then she's getting her hair done ahead of a four day wedding she's attending over the next few days

Dom - will be having an afternoon nap and then he's watching the final two episodes of Entourage

Chris - is going to a screening of Arthur Christmas with his friend Matt Fincham (aka Arthur) and then this afternoon he's working on scripts; as he's so busy over the next week, he's going to start packing his bag for Manchester now ahead of Children In Need Rocks

Dave - is also going to the screening of Arthur Christmas, then he's doing the school run and then he's going swimming with his daughter Nicole

Dom - unfortunately won't be able to go the screening as he has to go to an important news meeting

Tina - is going to dry her hair after recovering from being gunged this morning, then she's going to the screening

Freya - is also off to the screening and is then going to spin at the gym

Matt - is also off to the screening and then tonight he's going for a run

Aled - is also going to the screening and then he's off to the gym to get buff ahead of JLS being on the show tomorrow

Dave - will be having a meeting with Roy Walker in his imaginarium, then he's doing the school run and then having a chicken salad for his tea

Dom - will be presenting Newsbeat at lunchtime, then he's going to have another shower after being gunged today and then tonight he's also doing the school run

Tina - has a meeting, some work bits and bobs to sort and then she's going to try to go to the gym

Freya - is catching up on what's been happening and then having an early night as she's suffering from jet lag

Aled - is going to a school to see how Children In Need money is spent

Matt - will be continuing to sort out Truth Or Gunge and then going for a sleep

Chris - this weekend he'll be looking after his cousin Glenn who is visiting from foreign shores

Dave - will be having a nice quiet weekend, not travelling around the country but rather spending quality time with his daughter

Dom - his daughter Xanthe will be celebrating her 6th birthday by having a party tonight and then it's bonfire night tomorrow which Dom will be safe at after Fireman Sam's advice earlier this week

Tina - is doing voiceover work today and then going to a bonfire party tomorrow night

Aled - is going to Bangor tomorrow night to DJ

Matt - will be trying to go for a drink later if he's still awake and then tomorrow he's celebrating Bonfire Night with a group of friends
