- Jaime leads the Product Operations team within the BBC Media Tech division, supporting Product and Engineering teams with the tools, processes, and insights needed to drive execution and deliver at scale
- Drives operational execution through programme management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
Biography
Jaime joined the BBC in 2025 to lead the Product Delivery and Programme Management team within the Product Operations organisation, supporting the teams’ evolution into the new Product Operations Model. With more than 25 years of experience spanning automotive, consumer goods, luxury fashion, technology, and other global organisations, Jaime has a strong track record of developing high-performing operational teams and delivering large scale transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining the BBC, Jaime held senior leadership roles across strategy, operations, and transformation functions with retail and technology organisations, including Burberry and Farfetch.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the BBC and booked through the BBC's central bookings system.
